From a welcoming gin and tonic and cheese and deli platter on arrival, a lot of thought has gone into the three accommodation suites; a delightful mixture of old and new.

Think super-comfy A&H Beard beds, quality fixtures, superfast wifi and lovely furnishings, TVs with Netflix and Stan connections and huge bathrooms that are well equipped. These are luxury hotel-quality rooms.

The breakfasts, too, are sensational. An honesty bar features local spirits, beers and Tasmanian wine choices."
